About Michelle
Michelle Campney is a litigator, business strategic collaborator, and partner in the Firm. Her practice includes commercial and complex business litigation in state and federal courts, as well as arbitration, in a variety of diverse industries. These industries include: construction; insurance; surety; real estate development; small business; energy; healthcare and banking. Clients regularly entrust Michelle with handling their “make-or-break” commercial litigation and arbitration matters, which Michelle navigates from inception through trial. Michelle is well-regarded for her practical approach, her responsiveness, and her ability to focus on the client’s bottom line. She understands that preparation and attention to detail wins cases.

Michelle’s Experience
Prior to entering private practice, Michelle gained valuable experience serving as a clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge Doyle W. Argo in the Western District of Oklahoma. A complement to her litigation practice, she has extensive experience in research and writing at both the trial and appellate levels.
Michelle serves as a board member and counsel for Journey of Hopes and Dreams Foundation, a foundation that seeks cures for childhood diseases, including juvenile diabetes, asthma and cancer through funding of projects. She has been named a Best Lawyer for Commercial Litigation and is a member of the Construction Lawyers Society of America.
Born in Tahlequah, Oklahoma, she graduated from high school in Poteau, Oklahoma. Campney lives in Oklahoma City. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, studying history and ballroom dancing.
