About Robert

Robert has represented both individuals and entities in a broad range of legal matters, including contract and heirship disputes, business transactions, and environmental contamination. His experience in complex litigation includes representing prominent national and local corporations in cost recovery claims against hundreds of companies involved in a Superfund site in Oklahoma, and continuing counsel to those companies in implementing a Court-ordered remedy at the site. He was part of the trial team representing an Oklahoma-based insurance company in a complex shareholder dispute. He was one of two lead trial attorneys representing the City of Tulsa in its claim against several poultry companies for pollution of its water supply resulting from poultry farming operations. Robert has represented a special committee of directors of a national retail company in its investigation of alleged malfeasance by company officers. He has also represented state agencies and officials in defense of claims attacking the constitutionality of state statutes.

Except for Robert’s four years of military service as a Supply Corp Officer in the U.S. Navy, he has lived in Oklahoma, having practiced in both Oklahoma City and Tulsa. That background gives him valuable perspective and connection to clients who are likewise vested in Oklahoma. His motivation is rooted in his family and friends, with whom he spends his free time.
