John has handled a multitude of business transactions and various litigation. His experience includes advocating for his clients in business disputes ranging from contract disputes, business reputation claims, non-solicit/non-compete agreements, lease disputes, and debt collection. He regularly assists his clients with the formation of new businesses, real estate acquisitions, and leasing. John has assisted various homeowners in disputes with their homeowners’ associations or with neighboring landowners. His role as outside general counsel to various Oklahoma entities has resulted in his being familiar with virtually all types of business agreements, including software agreements, vendor agreements, employer-employee agreements, equipment agreements, franchise agreements, national and local-affiliate arrangements, cell-tower agreements, and virtually all types of business-to-business arrangements. Attorneys are defined not only by what they do, but also by what they don’t do. John is not a criminal lawyer, divorce lawyer or personal injury lawyer. He leaves such issues to the other skilled lawyers at the firm.
